Wander through the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community to discover hundreds of handcrafted Scarecrows and harvest scenes during Gatlinburg’s featured fall experience. The trail continues into downtown Gatlinburg, where the city’s whimsical life-size Scarecrows can be discovered via the Gatlinburg App, from now until November 11. Anakeesta’s Legend of Hallow Mountain
For a limited time, visitors can experience a ghoulish good time at Anakeesta’s Legend of Hallow Mountain during Autumn at Anakeesta. Spine-chilling scare zones, spook-free activities and much more abound at this premier Halloween event, happening every weekend until November 2. The best part? Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair
An annual community event that brings a wealth of arts, crafts and entertainment together for three jam-packed weeks, the Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair is the perfect family outing that offers plenty of treasure-hunting opportunities. Opened daily from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sundays, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Gatlinburg Convention Center, artisans and craftspeople demonstrate their skills, answer questions and offer their unique art for sale.
Fall Cider Sipping
Nothing says fall like some cider sippin’. At Gatlinburg’s first-ever cidery, cider-lovers can sample their way through several specialty flavors or stock up on their favorite editions in-store. For a limited time this fall, Tennessee Cider Company will offer one-of-a-kind seasonal batches that will be sure to put you in the autumn mood. Add in some friends and you’ve got the perfect way to toast to the crisp fall days ahead.
Smoky Mountain Harvest Tunes and Tales celebrates the season with an array of performances from its talented cast of storytellers, cloggers, and musicians as they bring Gatlinburg’s storied past and regional melodies to life. Each night will conclude with a “Shindig” at Reagan Terrace Mall at 9 p.m., where all 13 or more acts gather for a closing show.
